Dear valued guests, We want to make sure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us, and so we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules: 1. Party and social occasions are not allowed on our property. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours and refrain from making excessive noise or disturbance. Please note that a minimum fine of £200 per person or a one-off charge of £500 will be applied, whichever is higher, if this rule is violated. 2. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that you follow our maximum number of guests rule. Please note that no extra person are allowed to sWe hope you have a lovely time during your stay! 🏠 To ensure a comfortable experience for you and our neighbours, we just have a few house requests: Peace & Quiet 🤫 We love our neighbours and ask that you please respect them by keeping noise to a minimum. Strictly no parties or events at the property. Please note: Any noise complaints or extra cleaning may incur a fee. Guests 👥 Please ensure only those listed on the booking are staying in the apartment. If you do have extra friends who wish to stay, just let us know in advance and we can arrange that for you! Pets 🐾 As much as we love animals, our building lease strictly prohibits pets. We kindly ask that you please respect this regulation so we can continue hosting guests here. Fresh Air 🚭 To keep the apartment smelling fresh for everyone, we have a strict No Smoking/Vaping policy inside. Please use the outdoor areas if you need to smoke. Keys 🔑 Please remember to pop the keys back in the lockbox when you check out so they are safe for the next guest. Call-outs for lost keys or lockouts will be charged a call-out fee. Thank you for helping us take care of the home.tay in the property, unless approved by the landlord and subject to an extra charge. Where you breach this rule you will be responsible for an additional charge. The additional charge shall be the higher of: £200 per additional guest and the average price per guest of the booking per additional guest. For example where the charge is £500 for 2 guests, the additional charge would be £250 per additional guest. 3. We take noise control very seriously and expect all guests to be respectful towards our neighbours, therefore we request that you keep the noise within acceptable levels. Where the Host receives a noise complaint you will be responsible for an additional charge of a minimum of £200 per complaint. This will be subject to the level of the noise disturbance caused. 4. Smoking and vaping is prohibited at all times within our property. This causes damage to the property, can leave a strong smell and we do not allow this. Should we find any evidence of smoking taking place on the premises – including a lingering smell or the remnants of cigarettes – we shall charge an additional fee of £300. 5. We kindly request that you please ensure to return the key to the key box before your departure. If for any reason the key is not returned, an extra charge of £50 will be applied for each set of keys. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property safe and secure. In addition to that, in the event that you misplaces or accidentally leaves your key inside the property and requires immediate assistance from our team to gain entry, a fee of £50 shall be applied. 6. Pets are strictly prohibited at all times on the premises. This can cause damage and mess, leave unwanted smells as well as create additional noise. Should you bring a pet onto the premises we may terminate our agreement with you and request that you vacate the premises. We may agree in writing before the Check-In Date to allow for pets and will inform you whether this is possible, dependent upon the premises, as well as any additional fees in respect of allowing pets.
