The new renovated two-bedroom first floor flat is located in the quiet residential area of Brighton city centre, only 3 minutes walk from Brighton station. You can find a great selection of restaurants, pubs and shops within walking distance.
Good to know
Living room - There’s a 3-seater sofa, an arm chair and a 55” smart TV in the high-ceiling living room. A selection of board games are also available in the flat if you are looking for more fun. Kitchen - Equipped with the newly installed units, it’s perfect to cook your own meals there, to enjoy it on our dining table in front of the large classy sash window after. To start your perfect morning, it’s just a touch of button away to get your freshly brewed espresso coffee from our Pixie Nespresso Coffee Machine, along with a milk frother. Tea is also provided for you here if you are not a coffee person! Bedrooms - Each bedroom has one double bed with our handpicked mattress and beddings to ensure you have the best quality of sleep. Bathroom - Contains WC, basin and a walk-in shower. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

Relaxation Mode 🧘♀️ Our home is designed for rest and relaxation. We ask that you please avoid parties or loud gatherings to respect our neighbours' peace and quiet. Quiet hours are much appreciated in the evenings! Fresh Air Only 🌿 We pride ourselves on keeping the flat sparkling clean and fresh for every guest. For this reason, please strictly keep all smoking and vaping outside. Guests 👯♀️ We’ve prepared the flat specifically for the number of guests on your booking. If your plans change and you have extra friends joining, just pop me a message beforehand so we can arrange it! Furry Friends 🐾 Unless we’ve chatted about it beforehand, we sadly can't accommodate pets this time. Keys 🔑 Please pop the keys back in the lockbox when you head out. (A little heads-up: Since we’d need to call a locksmith or replace the set, a £50 fee applies for lost keys or lockouts). A gentle note: We really prefer not to mention fees, but please be aware that additional charges or deposit deductions may apply for smoking inside, unapproved guests, or noise complaints.
