The Brighton Loft Studio

Please note that the loft-style double bed is accessed by a ladder, so the studio is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or anyone who may have difficulty climbing. Relaxation Mode 🧘‍♀️ Our home is designed for rest and relaxation. We ask that you please avoid parties or loud gatherings to respect our neighbours' peace and quiet. Quiet hours are much appreciated in the evenings! Fresh Air Only 🌿 We pride ourselves on keeping the flat sparkling clean and fresh for every guest. For this reason, please strictly keep all smoking and vaping outside. Guests 👯‍♀️ We’ve prepared the flat specifically for the number of guests on your booking. If your plans change and you have extra friends joining, just pop me a message beforehand so we can arrange it! Furry Friends 🐾 Unless we’ve chatted about it beforehand, we sadly can't accommodate pets this time. Keys 🔑 Please pop the keys back in the lockbox when you head out. (A little heads-up: Since we’d need to call a locksmith or replace the set, a £50 fee applies for lost keys or lockouts). A gentle note: We really prefer not to mention fees, but please be aware that additional charges or deposit deductions may apply for smoking inside, unapproved guests, or noise complaints.
